ശോഭിച്ചിരുന്നു . തിരുവിതാംകൂറിലെ ആറ് ഭരണാധികാരി
കളെ സേവിക്കാൻ അദ്ദേഹത്തിനു സാധിച്ചു . ഓമനത്തിങ്കൾ
കിടാവോ എന്ന അദ്ധേഹത്തിന്റെ താരാട്ടുപാട്ട് അതി
പ്രശസ്തമാണ് . ഉത്തരാസ്വയംവരം , ദക്ഷയാഗം , കീചകവധം
എന്നീ ആട്ടക്കഥകൾ രചിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് .
Irayimman Thampi is a musical genius who has excelled
in the musical tradition of Kerala. He was the guru of
Swati Thirunal and a member of his court. He served six
rulers of Travancore. He is famous for his lullaby
"Omanathingal Kidavo". He wrote the attakathas of
Uttarasvayamvaram,Dakshayagam and Keechakavadham
