I know all of you like rain and like to play in the rain. Today Akash sir taught us a beautiful rain song.
Rain song
Drip drip, drip drip drop
Pretty pretty rain drop
Rain drops non stop
See the umbrella is goes up
We are dancing, all are dancing
And the frog is hop hop hop
Picture reading (p.57)
Neem tree is happy now. The rain started falling down. The rain put out the fire.
Passage (page: 57)
A cool breeze touched the neem tree. Rain started pouring down from the dark clouds. Rain drops fell on the leaves of the neem tree. Water was flowing down the branches. The flames become shorter and shorter. The rain put out the fire.
' My dear rain, you healed my burns.'
The tree swayed its branches.
' Ah! the dark clouds saved us.'
Breeze - ഇളം കാറ്റ്
Pouring down - താഴേക്ക് കോരി ഒഴിക്കുന്നു
Fell on - മുകളിൽ വീണു
Flowing down - താഴേക്ക് ഒഴുകുന്നു
Put out - അണച്ചു
Healed - ഭേദമാക്കി
Burns - പൊള്ളലുകൾ
Swayed - വീശി
Missing words
Then Akash sir gave eight sentences from the passage, each one miss some words. The missing words are :-
