STD 2 Teacher's Note 19 November 2020

ഓൺലൈൻ ക്ലാസ്സിനു ശേഷം കുട്ടികളുമായുള്ള ആശയ വിനിമയം നടത്തുന്നതിനായി കാസർഗോട്ടെ AJBS Yelkana യിലെ അധ്യാപകനായ ശ്രീ.ജോസ് പ്രസാദ് സാർ എഴുതി തയാറാക്കുന്ന 'ടീച്ചേഴ്സ് നോട്ട് ' ഇന്ന് മുതൽ ഈ ബ്ലോഗിൽ ലഭ്യമാകുന്നു. കേരളത്തിലെ രണ്ടാം ക്‌ളാസിൽ പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്ന അധ്യാപകർക്കും കുട്ടികൾക്കും അവരുടെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾക്കും അന്നന്നു പഠിപ്പിച്ച കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഇതിലൂടെ എളുപ്പം മനസ്സിലാക്കാനും പിന്നോക്കക്കാരായ കുട്ടികൾക്ക് വായിച്ചു കൊടുക്കാനും സാധിക്കും. ഇന്നത്തെ ക്‌ളാസുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കാര്യങ്ങൾ താഴെ നൽകുന്നു.

The mother tree

The fire is going to grab our neem tree. Little sparrows are in danger. Nobody is there to help them.

       We heard a sound. Somebody is coming. Yes, wind is blowing that way. The mighty wind.

 *Picture reading* (p 55)

We can see the neem tree, fire and wind in this picture. Neem tree talking something with the wind. He is seeking wind's help to overcome the situation.

 *Passage* (page 55)

'Oh! The wind is blowing this way. Will it help me?' The neem tree looked at the wind hopefully.

"Mighty wind, please help me. Save the little birds from the fire." The neem tree begged to the wind.

The wind blew and blew.

The flames grew taller and taller.

"Sorry dear, I can't help you, but I think my friends can. I'll bring them soon.

A short conversation between the neem tree and wind is included in this passage. Try to rewrite the conversation.

Wind: Oh friend, please come with me.

Cloud : Where do you want me to come?

Wind : To the forest.

Cloud : What happened there?

Wind : The forest is in fire. Our neem tree and little sparrows are in danger.

Cloud : Okay, I'll help you.

Wind : Thank you dear.

At last clouds are there to help. Can they save our little birds? We will study it in our next class.
