MDM-Enrolment & Feeding strength for 2020-21

As per the directions of Honourable Director of General Education, the timelines for the updation of 2020-21 MDM feeding strength in MDM State Software have been revised  as  detailed below

The last date given to Headmasters for the updation of enrolment and feeding strength of 2020-21 academic year in MDMS Software is 10th July 2020. This means that the earlier given time limit of 5th July, 2020 now stands extended to 10th July, 2020.

For schools situated in hotspots, containment zones and in places where triple lock-down is imposed, the last date will be 13th July, 2020.

After making necessary updations in the Software, Headmasters shall, on the very next day, furnish a list that comprises of class wise feeding strength to the AEOs concerned. It is not necessary at this point of time to include the names and Aadhar numbers or other details of children who opted for MDM in the list. Instead the list should contain the class wise and gender wise (boys/girls) numbers of the beneficiaries. Given the situations, HMs can forward the list to the AEO concerned through e-mail if there is any difficulty to submit the same directly.

AEO shall accept the feeding lists submitted by HMs and grant a provisional approval for the lists after cross checking with the figures entered by HMs in the Software. Data shall be approved and frozen in the Software on or before 15th July, 2020.

HMs shall furnish a detailed feeding list containing the names and Aadhar numbers of children who opted for MDM for 2020-21 on or before 20th July, 2020.


The above time limits may be intimated to all Headmasters.
